Competition Terms and Conditions

By participating in a competition, you accept these competition terms and conditions.
To enter the competition, the participant must be at least 18 years old. Each person may only enter once. If these conditions are violated, PiCC United reserves the right to exclude the person from the competition.
The competition is free to enter and there is no obligation to make a purchase.
By entering, you agree that PiCC United may contact you via email or direct message regarding the delivery of the prize.
All competition winners will be contacted directly.
The prize must be collected within 4 weeks of the winner being notified that they have won the competition.
If the prize is not claimed within the deadline, the winner forfeits the prize and a new winner will be selected. A valid photo ID may be required upon collection of the prize.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers.
Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
PiCC United will determine whether the entry has been received on time, and it is the participant’s own responsibility to ensure their entry is submitted before the deadline.
By participating in a competition on PiCC United’s website, participants agree to the above competition terms and conditions.
Participants cannot subsequently make claims against PiCC United.
All submitted answers and contact information will be automatically deleted from our system 40 days after the competition closes.
These Competition Terms and Conditions apply to all competitions, giveaways, prize draws, and similar promotional activities organised by Stichting PiCC United (“PiCC United”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Acceptance of Terms
By participating in a competition organised by PiCC United, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Competition Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
Unless otherwise stated in the specific competition announcement:
- You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
- Each person may submit only one entry.
- Employees, board members, and immediate family members of PiCC United may participate only if explicitly permitted.
PiCC United reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant who does not meet these requirements.
No Purchase Necessary
Participation is free of charge. No purchase, donation, or membership is required to enter.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must follow the instructions provided in the relevant competition announcement.
Entries submitted after the stated deadline will not be accepted.
PiCC United is not responsible for lost, incomplete, or delayed entries.
Winner Selection
Winners will be selected using the process described in the competition announcement (for example, a random draw or judging panel).
PiCC United’s decision is final.
Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted directly via email or social media direct message using the contact details provided.
If a winner does not respond within 14 days, PiCC United reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Prize Conditions
The prize details will be stated in the competition announcement.
- Prizes are non-transferable.
- No cash alternative will be offered unless otherwise stated.
- PiCC United reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.
Claiming the Prize
Prizes must be claimed within 4 weeks of winner notification.
A valid photo ID may be requested before a prize is issued.
Personal Data
Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of administering the competition, contacting winners, and delivering prizes.
Competition data will normally be deleted within 40 days after the competition closes unless legal obligations require longer retention.

Publicity
PiCC United will not publish a winner’s name, image, or other identifying information without prior consent.
Disqualification
PiCC United reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
- Provides false or misleading information.
- Attempts to manipulate the competition.
- Submits multiple entries where not permitted.
- Violates these Terms and Conditions.
Changes or Cancellation
PiCC United reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel a competition at any time if circumstances beyond our reasonable control make this necessary.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PiCC United accepts no responsibility for:
- Technical issues affecting participation.
- Lost, delayed, or incomplete entries.
- Any loss or damage arising from participation in the competition or use of a prize.
Governing Law
These Competition Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in The Netherlands.
